Sinead Norenius is a dynamic, results-driven marketing and business development executive with passionate roots in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle verticals. An entrepreneur, with two successful exits of her own and a leader in the beauty industry, Sinead has expertise in the entire product lifecycle, from conception to market and exit, always with an eye toward innovative marketing and social media strategies that drive brand awareness and build a platform for growth. With a vast knowledge of the digital landscape and consistent achievements in revenue and brand reach targets, she is a sought-after industry expert and speaker as well as a quarterly contributor to CosmeticDesign.com
At The Pienza Collective, Sinead helps her clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing, social media strategy, and influencer outreach along with preparing clients for TV Shopping (QVC, HSN, Evine) and retail distribution.
Prior to The Pienza Collective, Sinead was VP of Business Development at Women’s Marketing Inc. a leading media planning, strategy, and buying agency for beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands. There she was responsible for market growth and developing strategic partnerships with other media agencies, Ad Tech companies, and Venture Capital / Private Equity Groups.
Before Women’s Marketing Inc., Sinead was Founder and CEO of the premium influencer network, iFabbo, which was acquired by Women’s Marketing Inc. in 2014 and then by the Sway Group in 2016. iFabbo is an industry leader in high-quality influencer marketing connecting influential content creators (Bloggers, Instagram’ers, YouTube’ers etc.) to brands via a proprietary technology platform. The platform effortlessly allows influencers to communicate brand messages, product reviews and produce valuable earned and paid media content, while providing brands with deep engagement insights and reporting.
iFabbo was a spinoff of Sinead’s skincare company, Beautisol, a luxury sunless tanning brand where she utilized the bloggersphere, social media, and other crowdsourcing tactics to successfully launch the company in 2009. The brand is distributed through luxury outlets and on HSN where Sinead was a spokesperson for four years. Beautisol was acquired in early 2015 by Five Crowns Capital where Sinead currently serves as an advisor to the private equity group.
Sinead is Chairman of the Board for the Bay Area Beauty Association (BABA), an advisory board member to FormulaXO (Illumai), sits on the West Coast Committee for ICMAD and is a longtime CEW member. And in her spare time (if she has any!) she blogs at The Beauty Seeker.
